Revising Promotion and Tenure Criteria
To support academic leaders in preparing for the upcoming revision of promotion and tenure (P&T) criteria, the Office for Academic Personnel and Faculty hosted four guided sessions over the past several months. These sessions were designed to clarify the goals of the university-wide revision effort, outline required steps, and help units align local criteria with evolving faculty work and institutional values.
