Process Return Worker from Leave in Workday to bring faculty back from Autumn Quarter sabbatical.

Appointments requiring Board of Regents approval at the January must processed in Workday and ready for Academic HR review. Appointments should be approved by the Board before the appointment start date.

Ensure leave is processed in Workday for faculty approved for Winter Quarter sabbatical.

Units must notify faculty with 9-month service periods, who are not in their first annual appointment, of the reappointment decision. See Reappointments for applicability and specific requirements.

Upload complete and accurate mandatory faculty promotion and/or tenure records for provost-level review. See P&T Submission User Guide for details.

Units must notify faculty with 12-month service periods of the reappointment decision. Does not apply to all 12-month faculty. See Reappointments for specific applicability and requirements.

Deadline to disposition applicants and complete and close recruitments opened between July 1 and December 31, 2024.

Deadline to submit faculty and librarian applications for sabbaticals effective during the 2025-26 Academic Year. Upload complete and accurate sabbatical applications for provost-level review. See Sabbaticals for details.

Upload complete and accurate non-mandatory faculty promotion and/or tenure records for provost-level review. See P&T Submission User Guide for details.

Appointments requiring Board of Regents approval at the July Board meeting must processed in Workday and ready for review. Appointments should be approved by the Board before the appointment start date.
