The Office of Academic Personnel (OAP) plays a role in stewarding a wide range of human resources and personal information related to academic personnel at the University of Washington, as well as for demographic data for all UW employees. We provide data to support requests from academic units, UW administrative departments, as well as requests from external agencies as required by law.

OAP adheres to UW’s Privacy Policy, and is an active partner with UW’s Privacy Office and HR Data Domain Council.
