SCC Administrator Review
- Notify the applicant that their case has been created. Follow the instructions to let the applicant know they can start submitting materials to the Candidate Requirements section of their case by sending them a notification. The notification will include a link to their case that is valid for 30 days.
- Set up committees to ensure access has been established for future steps.
- Review directions on how to set up or adjust a committee or committee membership
- Upload relevant materials, as appropriate, to the Additional Materials internal section
- e.g. an offer letter with special sabbatical eligibility approval or an invitation letter from another institution
- If a joint appointment exists, upload a letter of concurrence from the joint department to the Joint Appointment Concurrence internal section.
- Review the application materials for completeness
- Review the total number of quarters allotted on APF’s website
- Complete the Sabbatical Checklist- UNDEP Admin
- FINAL ACTION: Send the case forward only after all of the above has been completed
- Find the Send Case button in the upper right corner
- From the drop-down menu, select Forward To
- A customized message can be included, if desired
- Click Continue to move the case forward

- Review the application materials
- Complete the form: Sabbatical Final Decision- APF
- Close the case
Case Completion
- Download the case
- Upload the case to the EDM
- Delete the case from RPT
