It can take up to two hours for the data sheet to be sent to the case’s Internal Sections. After that, you must upload the document to the case requirement.
Candidates are the only users who can delete documents they have uploaded. Administrators cannot delete documents uploaded by candidates.
There could be several reasons:
- The time allotted for a response has expired.
- The candidate was never notified of their case, and therefore has no access to any materials in the case.
- The case was moved to an APF review step, which means everyone with access at the unit level can no longer view the case.
The person who needs to complete the form must be assigned as the Committee Manager for that step.
Yes. You must notify the candidate of their case, or they will not be able to upload documents, complete any forms, or view documents shared with them.
It depends. If committee membership will not change in the coming year, the same committee can be used. However, if any membership on a standing committee will change, a new committee must be created in Users & Groups, and the template case review step should be updated so the existing committee can be replaced with the new one.
A committee needs a designated Committee Manager for any step that includes a required form. Without a Committee Manager, no one will be able to complete the form.
