Required Trainings for Faculty Search Committees
The University of Washington now requires trainings for hiring authorities and faculty search committee members. See below to learn more about each of these trainings:

*If you are affiliated with the School of Medicine, see here. SOM processes and guidance will differ from what is described here.
**If you are in a non-SOM unit, then for the 2026-27 pilot year, only the chairs of tenure-track and teaching-track faculty search committees will be required.
