Dates for the 2026 fall series on mentoring undergraduate researchers have been announced. The first on “Getting to Know Your Undergraduate Research Resources” has been scheduled twice so you can choose the format that works best for you:

Tuesday, October 27, 2026 // 12:00-1:00 PM – virtual
We first posted about the series in in May. With this announcement readers can now find dates for this workshop and the full slate composing the “Engaging Undergraduates in Research” series (see registration link below for information).
Postdocs and faculty advisors who are seeking resources to improve their advising/engagement of undergraduates can join for tools and strategies on recruiting, compensating, and supporting undergraduates in research experiences.
Participants who attend all three sessions in the “Engaging Undergraduates in Research Workshop Series” will receive a certificate.
