Update as of November 3 at 8:30 PM PT: The database conversion for our ticketing tool is taking much longer than expected. This work is in progress; we now anticipate it will be completed Saturday morning.
On Friday, November 3rd from 5-10pm there will be a scheduled outage while the Office for Academic Personnel and Faculty updates our visa request tool. During this time the visa request forms, including landing pages and drafts, will be inaccessible.
You may notice the following changes:
- On the H Visa Request Form:
- New language will appear on the conditional approval regarding prevailing wage self-determinations.
- On the J Visa Request Form:
- New help text will appear in Section 3: Appointment Information regarding Department of State limitations on remote work.
- When a submitted request form has errors, uploaded files will need to be re-uploaded. The tool that prevented this issue is no longer being maintained.
