Position Description
UW Medicine Primary Care, in conjunction with the Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine, is seeking two Primary Care Physicians/Clinical Instructors for a primary care practice in Seattle.
Clinical Instructors hold annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms. Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. In addition to providing primary care, this role will include some clinical teaching responsibilities. Position will ideally start in Fall 2022.
UW Medicine Primary Care offer a complete spectrum of primary care services and is committed to improving the health of the public. The providers are actively engaged in teaching and provide care using the medical home model, creating a friendly and stimulating atmosphere for providers, staff and patients.

Qualifications
Candidates must have earned an MD or DO, or foreign equivalent, completed residency, and should be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine. Candidates will need to posses or obtain a valid Washington State medical license and DEA cert.
