UW Medicine Primary Care (UW Neighborhood Clinics) is recruiting a full-time Physician - Internal Medicine - to practice at the UW Medicine Primary Care Belltown Clinic.
Clinical Instructors have an annual service period of 12 months (July 1-June 30). Anticipated start date would be Spring 2022. In addition to providing primary care, this role will include some clinical teaching responsibilities.
UW Medicine Primary Care offer a complete spectrum of primary care services and is committed to improving the health of the public. The providers are actively engaged in teaching and provide care using the medical home model, creating a friendly and stimulating atmosphere for providers, staff and patients.
We prioritize unique and comprehensive care delivery to serve the needs of our patients, including behavioral health, care management, lab and radiology, and a fully integrated electronic medical record. Qualifications
Candidates must have earned an MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent), completed residency, and should be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine. Candidates will need to possess or obtain a valid Washington State medical license and DEA cert.
In order to be eligible for University sponsorship for an H-1B visa, graduates of foreign (non-U.S,) medical schools must show successful completion of all three steps of the U.S. Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE) or equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.”
