We are recruiting a full-time podiatrist at the faculty rank of Teaching Associate to join us at the University of Washington Medical Center – Northwest Campus. The successful candidate is expected to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The candidate will be expected to have effective interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and clinical expertise in the care of orthopaedic patients. This position is focused on providing both outpatient and inpatient podiatric care. The position is on an annual appointment with a 12-month service period (July 1 - June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. This position has a flexible start date in the summer or fall of 2024.
Salary:
The base salary range for this position will be: $16,667- $18,084 per month ($200,004-$217,008 annually) commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. Please note that only compensation provided by the University is included in University benefit determinations and calculations.

Qualifications
Requirements:
1. Current and valid Washington State Podiatrist License.
2. Graduate Degree from an accredited DPM program.
3. Proven excellence working in an interdisciplinary collaborative team environment.
DESIRED:
Experience in orthopaedic care preferred but we can train motivated and talented individuals.
