The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington is recruiting a Clinical Director for the Division of Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. The Clinical Director will be responsible for coordination and administration of inpatient and outpatient clinical programs, quality improvement, and patient safety activities for the Division and will report to Gregory J. Redding, MD Division Chief Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. The appointment will be as Associate Professor without tenure or Professor without tenure (MD or DO or foreign equivalent required) commensurate with qualifications and experience with an expectation of being hired into the clinician educator academic track or primary clinical faculty track. The University of Washington and Seattle Children’s Hospital present outstanding opportunities for research mentoring and collaboration in a broad range of areas.
