Medical Dermatologist Position
The University of Washington Department of Medicine, Division of Dermatology, and Veterans Affairs Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) are recruiting for up to three (3) full-time, 12-month indefinite faculty positions at the Assistant Professor (0113), Associate Professor (0112) or Professor (0111) level (without tenure due to funding source) on the clinician teacher pathway in Dermatology. These positions will be based at VAPSHCS. UW faculty engage in teaching, research and service. Requirements include an MD degree (or foreign equivalent) and certification by the American Board of Dermatology (or foreign equivalent). Applicants must be U.S. Citizens. Non-citizens may be appointed only when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. These position duties include patient care and teaching at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. The applicants must be excellent clinically and committed to clinical teaching of medical students, dermatology and medicine residents.
